Mike is a founder/owner of Cater Nation the #1 rated (Trust Pilot) corporate catering marketplace in the industry. As a pioneer in the online corporate catering marketplace industry dating back to 2004, his sales experience generated millions of dollars in incremental “drop off” catering sales for independent, chain and franchise restaurants along with catering companies. Mike’s passion for helping local restaurants and the community led to the creation of LoCo Tampa Bay.

Roger, a Tampa native, has spent most of his adult life in the hospitality industry, starting back with his college days in Gainesville, Florida at UF. Owner of Club Savor (member dining & consultancy club - dozens of partnered restaurants/bars), founder of the Pinellas Independent Hospitality Forum, moderator for two local business development organizations, and an investor in the Enigma Bar & Lounge group.
Gary brings years of proven expertise in strategic planning, market optimization, brand development and building, public relations, as well as non-profit leadership and management. As a financial and management professional who has experienced substantial success in executive management building highly successful organizations my focus will be helping businesses and other organizations plan for and achieve critical strategic objectives, build and manage effective operational and sales teams, and facilitate strategic partnerships.
Ryan is a seasoned creative, having been in the advertising game for 15+ years. After 5 years as a Creative Director at Focus Brands, Ryan wanted to return to his roots of design, so he relaunched his own creative studio, Foundry 43 this past June. He has worked with a wide range of clients and industries, everything from national brands to single person businesses, and projects ranging from system-wide rollouts and campaigns, to national and local TV spots, brand websites and apps, social media content, print and packaging and environmental design. Ryan is also an accomplished artist and illustrator.
Brandon is a brand-building creative director and copywriter who has garnered national and international attention for his disruptive work. In addition to rebranding Moe’s Southwest Grill and defining the brand voice across all mediums (TV, radio, outdoor, in-store POP, pre-roll, social, digital, print, packaging, experiential, etc.), he worked alongside the VP of Marketing and Directors of Social, PR and Franchise Sales to help Moe’s stand out against the behemoth Chipotle for a fraction of the budget. More recently, he led a content creation team (content creators, videographer/editor and photographer) who produced captivating content across all social and digital mediums for several restaurant and snack brands. Brandon has also created breakthrough work for Mizuno, Spanx, Comcast and Coca-Cola among others.
Cliff Joseph is the Founder/CEO of Starr Advertising in Tampa and has a background in advertising with a focus on delivering world-class advertising services to his clients, helping his company successfully build and scale ahead of the competition. As a business professional leader, Cliff offers over 13 years of work experience in System Operations, Advertising, Marketing, Web Design, Software, Data Science, Cloud Computing, and Entrepreneurship.

Jon Sewell CEO and COO
Jon had a 30-year career as a Health Care Executive in the nonprofit Hospital sector before retiring. During this time, Jon set up over 20 multi-hospital co-op ventures. For the past seven years he’s owned a restaurant in Iowa City, and for the past three years has successfully set up two Third Party Delivery Service co-ops with a total of 70 restaurant partners in Iowa City, IA and Fort Collins, CO. He has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and an MBA from Wayne State University in Detroit.
Kyle Brown, CFO and CTO
Kyle is a co-Founder of Cater Nation which was formed in 2009. At Cater Nation he has negotiated most of the company’s national restaurant partnerships and led technology integrations with platforms like Concur, Trustpilot and Twilio. His CFO and CTO roles for the company have drawn on his 30-year career in telecom finance and accounting. He has a BSBA from the University of Florida and an MBA from Stetson University.
Trevor Brazier, Acting COO
Trevor Brazier is the co-founder and CEO of Jolt Delivery, a Los Angeles based food delivery company committed to helping restaurants keep direct relationships with their customers. Jolt has delivered over $50 million of food from 450 restaurants since its inception in 2015. Previously, Trevor served as the General Manager of "Top 50" websites, Bizrate.com and Shopzilla.com, each serving over 20 million unique visitors per month. Trevor lives in Los Angeles.
Amelia Sewell, Lead Field Operations Manager
Amelia has worked in the food service industry for 15 years, during which time she received her Bachelors in Business from University of Colorado. She has been a restaurant General Manager and has helped launch both the Iowa City and Fort Collins co-ops. She understands all of the various operational components of operating these entities and was personally responsible for bringing up the IT platforms. Amelia will be our first Field Operations employee and will train others to initiate co-ops nationally.
Joel Silverstein, Advisor
Joel is a long term Asia Pacific based executive with extensive experience in fast-moving consumer products, hospitality as well as entertainment streaming, and retail. He is a former senior executive with KFC, Pizza Hut, and Outback Steakhouse as well as DIRECTV International. Joel managed a large Pizza Hut division in the USA previously with more than 650 restaurants & delivery units. His company, The East West Hospitality Group, currently has an active advisory practice with leading international restaurant & hotel groups as well as venture capital and private equity funds.
Shiva Srinivasan, Advisor
Shiva co-Founded our technology partner Zuppler and serves as its CEO. Shiva has been instrumental in growing Zuppler as a complete order fulfillment solution for restaurants, groceries, hospitals, universities and hotels since its founding in 2009. A technologist by heart, Shiva is passionate about building efficient teams and processes, strategic partnerships and a global solution.
Dustin Gwee, Field Support
Dustin was a managing partner in a restaurant located in Iowa City where he managed business operations and back-end IT.
Sandy Ting, Field Support
Sandy has worked in the restaurant industry for over 25 years co-founding Ting’s Red Lantern and various leadership positions in the service industry.
Will Braverman, Field Support
Will is bringing with him a background of financial modeling from his previous role as an equity research analyst for the University of Iowa endowment.
